Concurrently, Russian forces shelled a hospital in Kherson on the same day, resulting in the death of a 63-year-old doctor and injuries to a nurse. In response to these attacks, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reiterated his call for the United States to grant licenses for Patriot missile manufacturing, anticipating a favorable decision from Donald Trump.
