Ukrainian Naval Forces spokesperson Dmytro Pletenchuk reiterated that the Kinburn Spit remains an active combat zone, highlighting its strategic significance for Russian forces. Meanwhile, the casualty count from Russia's June 23 missile strike on Kryvyi Rih increased to five, following the death of a 23-year-old man due to severe injuries. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukrainian forces targeted two oil refineries in Ufa, Bashkortostan, and an oil depot in Russia's Krasnodar region on June 25, describing these actions as "consistent precise responses." Internationally, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced the initial €3.2 billion disbursement of a €90 billion loan to Ukraine during a Gdansk conference, also committing to future drone manufacturing funds.
