President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukrainian forces targeted two oil refineries in Ufa, Bashkortostan, and an oil depot in Russia's Krasnodar region on June 25, describing these actions as "consistent precise responses." Internationally, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced the initial €3.2 billion disbursement of a €90 billion loan to Ukraine during a Gdansk conference, also committing to future drone manufacturing funds. Additionally, Denmark is supplying Ukraine with 15,000 long-range artillery shells, with some already delivered, in response to Kyiv's request for such munitions.
