Denmark delivers artillery, Ukraine reports Russian losses, Trump discusses NATO
Denmark has delivered some of the 15,000 long-range artillery shells pledged to Ukraine. Explosions hit Crimea and Sumy, while Ukraine reports Russian losses. Donald Trump reiterated his call for NATO loyalty.
Denmark has delivered a portion of the 15,000 long-range artillery shells it pledged to Ukraine, following Kyiv's request for partners to prioritize such armaments. Meanwhile, explosions were reported across Russian-occupied Crimea on June 25, affecting Sevastopol, Simferopol, Saki, and a power plant. This comes after President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's June 24 assertion that operations in Crimea are "clearly calculated." Separately, Russian drone attacks on Sumy injured a child and damaged infrastructure, although Ukrainian air defenses intercepted many unmanned aerial vehicles. Ukraine's General Staff also reported that Russia lost 1,270 military personnel and one tank in the past day. In other news, Donald Trump reiterated his call for "loyalty" from NATO allies during a press conference with Secretary General Mark Rutte, stating, "I just want their loyalty."
