Ukraine faces missile and drone attacks as Denmark delivers artillery

Ukraine's General Staff reported 232 combat engagements across the front on June 24, with the Pokrovsk direction experiencing the most intense fighting where Ukrainian forces repelled 32 assaults. Overnight into June 25, Russian forces launched an "Iskander-M" ballistic missile and 90 drones, of which 83 were reportedly intercepted by Ukrainian air defenses. Hits were recorded from the ballistic missile and six drones. On the morning of June 25, Russian attacks targeted gas stations in Sumy and Zaporizhzhia, with a drone strike causing a fire at a Sumy station. Meanwhile, Denmark has begun delivering 15,000 long-range artillery shells to Ukraine, responding to Kyiv's request for partners to prioritize such armaments.
