Denmark provides more long-range artillery shells to Ukraine, Crimea experiences explosions
Denmark has provided Ukraine with 15,000 long-range artillery shells, while explosions occurred in Russian-occupied Crimea. President Zelenskyy stated Crimea operations are "clearly calculated."
Denmark has supplied Ukraine with an additional 15,000 long-range artillery shells, with some already delivered, following Kyiv's request for partners to prioritize such armaments. Meanwhile, explosions were reported across Russian-occupied Crimea on June 25, impacting areas including Sevastopol, Simferopol, and a power plant. This follows President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's June 24 statement that operations in Crimea are "clearly calculated," noting substantial Russian losses and logistical difficulties. Separately, Russian drone attacks on Sumy injured a child and damaged infrastructure, though Ukrainian air defenses intercepted numerous unmanned aerial vehicles. In other news, Donald Trump called for "loyalty" from NATO allies during a joint press conference with Secretary General Mark Rutte.
