Denmark has delivered an additional 15,000 long-range artillery shells to Ukraine, with some already arriving, following Kyiv's request for partners to prioritize longer-range solutions. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated on June 24 that operations in Crimea are "clearly calculated," noting substantial Russian losses and logistical challenges in occupied territories. The US State Department maintains that Ukraine is currently "winning the war." Separately, Russian forces conducted drone strikes on Sumy, injuring a child and damaging infrastructure. Ukrainian forces reportedly targeted an electrical substation and other areas in Russian-occupied Crimea, with explosions reported across the peninsula on June 25.
