Denmark has delivered an additional 15,000 long-range artillery shells to Ukraine, with some already arriving, following Kyiv's request for partners to prioritize longer-range solutions. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reiterated that operations in Crimea are "clearly calculated," citing substantial Russian losses and logistical challenges in occupied territories. He also noted that transponders in Belarus, previously used for Russian strikes, ceased functioning on June 22. The US State Department maintains that Ukraine is currently "winning the war."

Separately, Russian forces conducted drone strikes on Sumy, injuring a child and damaging infrastructure. Ukraine's State Bureau of Investigation has initiated proceedings into alleged torture within the "Skelya" assault regiment, while Ukrainian forces reportedly targeted an electrical substation in Russian-occupied Crimea.
