Ukraine reports 210 combat clashes, drone attack on Kherson, and prepares for new strikes

Ukrainian forces engaged in 210 combat clashes across the front lines on July 1, with 23 concentrated in the Pokrovsk direction. Russian forces conducted two missile and 53 air strikes. A midday drone attack on Kherson's city center resulted in one fatality and 20 injuries, causing a fire and damage to nearby structures. Air defense systems were active in Kyiv during the evening, intercepting incoming unmanned aerial vehicles. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy cautioned that intelligence suggests Russia is preparing another large-scale attack. Meanwhile, Ukraine's Ambassador to NATO, Olena Hetmanchuk, stated that 90-92% of Patriot missile interceptors are now supplied to Ukraine through the PURL procurement scheme.
