President Volodymyr Zelenskyy cautioned that intelligence suggests Russia is preparing another large-scale attack. Meanwhile, Ukraine's Ambassador to NATO, Olena Hetmanchuk, stated that 90-92% of Patriot missile interceptors are now supplied to Ukraine through the PURL procurement scheme.
