Concurrently, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen unveiled the 21st package of sanctions against Russia, affirming that "Our sanctions are working." Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas supported this view, stating, "Brick by brick, we are collapsing the foundations of Russia's war economy." Meanwhile, Nordic and Baltic countries continue to advocate for Ukraine's future integration into NATO and the EU.
