Ukraine seeks EU aid as Denmark and UK boost military support; South Korean firms plan major tech investments; US lifts AI export restrictions

Ukraine has urged European Union partners to allocate €6.6 billion from the European Peace Facility for military assistance, citing a "window of opportunity" on the front lines that could last six to nine months. Separately, the US has lifted export restrictions on Anthropic's powerful AI models, Claude Fable 5 and Claude Mythos 5, following an agreement with the company to enhance security measures.
