Separately, Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that a Russian offensive on the Chernihiv region from Bryansk Oblast is considered realistic, and Ukraine is preparing for such a scenario. He noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin has tasked his General Staff with calculating various offensive options, including from Belarus, to seize Kyiv and other territories. The second anniversary of Russia's withdrawal from Snake Island was also marked, with military pilots recalling the liberation operation as "scary, low, fast, and very maneuverable."
