In Donetsk, Ukraine's Operational Command "East" confirmed Russian attempts to infiltrate Kostiantynivka, though its commander denied the city was encircled. Ukraine's Naval Forces reiterated the Kinburn Spit remains an active combat zone due to its strategic importance.
