Ukrainian military authorities reported varying numbers of combat engagements on June 7. The General Staff initially stated 71 clashes as of morning, later updating to 240 over the entire day, while another report indicated 196 engagements by 22:00. Intense fighting continued primarily in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole directions, with Russian forces launching numerous attacks. Over the 24-hour period, Russia reportedly conducted 86 air strikes, deployed 265 guided aerial bombs, used 9,184 kamikaze drones, and carried out 3,296 shellings. Separately, Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi announced that Ukrainian forces have reclaimed over 600 square kilometers of territory since the start of the year, with a net gain of nearly 100 square kilometers in May, and inflicted over one billion dollars in damages on Russian forces.
