Russian forces continued their assaults across Ukraine, causing further casualties and infrastructure damage. Overnight strikes in the Zaporizhzhia oblast resulted in three deaths and eighteen injuries. Three people were also wounded in Dnipropetrovsk and ten in Sumy. Local authorities in Dnipro reported four fatalities from recent bombardments, while at least two individuals were injured in a Russian aerial attack on Kyiv on Sunday. These assaults also led to power outages in the Sumy, Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions. Meanwhile, Moscow's mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, stated that Russian air defenses intercepted 46 Ukrainian drones targeting the capital early Tuesday, with no immediate reports of damage or injuries. Separately, Russian President Vladimir Putin reiterated his readiness for discussions with American representatives once Washington's focus on Iran diminishes, stating, "We are ready to continue negotiations and the discussion of all the details."
