Russian attacks across Ukraine have resulted in further casualties and infrastructure damage. Overnight strikes in the Zaporizhzhia oblast killed three people and injured eighteen, while three others were wounded in Dnipropetrovsk and ten in Sumy. Authorities in Dnipro reported four fatalities from recent bombardments. These assaults also caused power outages in the Sumy, Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions. Meanwhile, Moscow's mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, stated that Russian air defenses intercepted 46 Ukrainian drones targeting the capital early Tuesday, with no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
