Russian forces continue extensive attacks across Ukraine

Russian forces continued extensive attacks across Ukraine on June 12, employing a large-scale drone assault and regional shelling. Ukrainian air defenses reported intercepting 102 of 117 attack drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and "Parody" imitator types, launched from various directions. Fourteen drone strikes were recorded across seven locations, with debris affecting eight others. In the Zaporizhzhia region, authorities documented 949 strikes on 44 settlements, resulting in two fatalities and three injuries in the Zaporizhzhia and Polohy districts. Sloviansk in the Donetsk region was struck by three FAB-250 aerial bombs, damaging 24 multi-story buildings and injuring at least one child. Additionally, shelling in Mykolaiv damaged 14 private homes and two vehicles, injuring a married couple aged 40 and 39, while railway infrastructure in the Sumy region was also targeted.
