A 59-year-old man succumbed to his injuries in hospital, raising the death toll from Russia's June 29 attack on Dnipro to seven. Sixteen people remain hospitalized, seven in serious condition. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian General Staff reported 184 combat engagements on June 29, including two missile strikes and 50 aerial bombardments with 136 guided bombs. Ukrainian forces claimed approximately 1,350 Russian personnel casualties in the past day, alongside the destruction of 71 artillery systems, one tank, six armored combat vehicles, and one air defense system. Total estimated Russian personnel losses now stand at 1,403,550. Separately, on the second anniversary of Russia's withdrawal from Snake Island, Ukrainian military pilots recounted the 2022 operation to retake it as "scary, low, fast, and very maneuverable."
