EU explores visa restrictions for Russian tourists amid Ukrainian commemorations

The European Union is investigating possibilities for implementing visa restrictions on Russian tourists, Swedish Migration Minister Johan Forssell announced ahead of an EU interior and justice ministers' meeting. Forssell indicated the bloc is actively seeking new avenues to introduce such measures.
