Russian President Vladimir Putin has acknowledged domestic fuel supply issues, reportedly following Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries and depots. An export ban on gasoline is currently in effect, with diesel anticipated to be next. Meanwhile, casualty figures have been updated from recent incidents. In Zaporizhzhia, the death toll from a guided aerial bomb strike has risen to two, with 16 people injured, including two children. One victim is a 53-year-old woman; the second remains unidentified. Separately, a Russian missile strike on the Zmiivska community in Ukraine's Kharkiv region resulted in one death and seven injuries, two of whom were children. Additionally, all 11 occupants, including five nurses, five instructors, and the pilot, died in a plane crash in Tomblaine, northeastern France, on June 28.
