Concurrently, President Zelenskyy confirmed Ukrainian forces struck Russia's "Titan-Barricades" plant in Volgograd on June 27. Ukraine's General Staff also announced successful attacks on a Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft system in Feodosia and the "Petropavlovsk" car ferry near Kerch in occupied Crimea.
