Cities including Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Sumy experienced ongoing daily shelling. On June 27, a modified reactive drone hit Sumy, causing damage to a residential building, private homes, and civilian vehicles. Reports on injuries from this incident differed, with [Українська правда] noting 13 casualties, including two children, while [Радіо Свобода] reported 11 injured, also with two children; all sustained non-severe wounds. Concurrently, President Zelenskyy confirmed Ukrainian forces struck Russia's "Titan-Barricades" plant in Volgograd on June 27 using FP-5 "Flamingo" missiles.
