Ukraine completed its 76th prisoner exchange, repatriating 160 military personnel, including 115 defenders of Mariupol. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Радіо Свобода reported these soldiers had been held since 2022, while Українська правда stated their captivity lasted four years. The repatriated individuals range in age from 26 to 66. Separately, Russian forces launched 129 uncrewed aerial vehicles against Ukraine overnight on June 27. The Ukrainian Air Forces reported intercepting or suppressing 113 of these drones. Hits were recorded at seven locations, with debris falling in three others across the country's northern, southern, and eastern regions. The attack was reportedly still active in the morning.
