The casualty count from a Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih on June 23 increased to five, following the death of a 23-year-old man from severe wounds. Furthermore, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy authorized a 40-day influence operation by Ukraine's Security Service (SBU), intended to encourage Russia to cease hostilities.
