German Army Chief Christian Freuding reiterated his warning that Russia might attack NATO countries by 2029 or potentially sooner, leading Germany to accelerate weapon production and enhance army provisions. Meanwhile, the United States has become the world's largest oil exporter, surpassing Saudi Arabia and Russia. In Ukraine, Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets explained that his initial meeting with Russian ombudsman Yana Lantratova prioritized establishing dialogue for future results, rather than immediately discussing her alleged role in child deportations from Kherson. Ukrainian law enforcement has also recorded six cases this year where Russian special services reportedly recruited underage girls for contract killings of Ukrainian military personnel. Ukrainian forces engage in urban combat in Kostiantynivka; ZNPP loses external power again

Ukrainian forces are engaged in urban combat in Kostiantynivka as the city faces semi-encirclement, while the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant experienced its 19th external power loss following an attack.

Ukrainian forces are conducting urban combat operations in Kostiantynivka against infiltrating enemy personnel, with assault units participating in clearing efforts. A battalion commander described the city as "semi-encircled" due to Russian advances near Chasiv Yar and Berestky. The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) suggests Russia's primary Donbas offensive focus has shifted to Kostiantynivka from Sloviansk.

Separately, the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant experienced its 19th loss of external power on June 10, around 9 PM, following an attack on an electrical substation. Energoatom confirmed the disconnection of the "ZaTES – Ferrosplavna №1" power line, leading the plant to rely on backup diesel generators. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) also reported this incident.

Additionally, Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi reported that Ukrainian drone units engaged approximately 180,000 Russian targets in May, asserting a 1.5 to 1 advantage in FPV drones. Sources: Громадське, Радіо Свобода
