External power was restored to the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant on Saturday after a 15-hour outage, during which emergency diesel generators maintained reactor cooling, the IAEA reported. This marked the 18th such incident. Separately, Ukrainian officials stated that Russian forces attacked two civilian search-and-rescue vessels on a humanitarian mission within Ukraine's maritime corridor, causing casualties. Ukrainian naval forces are evacuating the injured. Meanwhile, Ukrainian military units reportedly conducted an attack on the Kronstadt naval base near St. Petersburg. In southern Ukraine, Russian forces also struck critical infrastructure in Kherson, resulting in power disruptions in the Dniprovskyi district, according to local authorities.
