Zelenskyy and E3 leaders issue joint statement, president discusses strikes and peace conditions

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, following a meeting with leaders from the United Kingdom, France, and Germany in London, participated in a joint statement. This statement condemned the use of the "Oreshnik" system against Ukraine and outlined five conditions for a just and lasting peace, emphasizing Europe's role in resolving the conflict. Separately, President Zelenskyy affirmed Ukraine's intention to continue striking targets within Russian territory, describing these actions as a necessary response. He also indicated a willingness to freeze the current front line to facilitate diplomatic negotiations. Furthermore, Zelenskyy confirmed a meeting in Kyiv with Russian businessman Roman Abramovich, where he conveyed a message intended for Russian President Vladimir Putin, with Abramovich offering to mediate.
