Ukrainian forces strike Russian targets as Russian attacks cause damage and casualties

Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces (SBS) reported striking 26 Russian targets in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories and Russia's Bryansk region overnight into June 7. Meanwhile, Russian forces conducted multiple attacks. On June 7, a Russian drone damaged a building at Ukraine's Centralized Spent Nuclear Fuel Storage facility. Energoatom confirmed that spent fuel was not stored in the affected area, a 40 sq.m. fire was quickly extinguished, and no staff were harmed. Also on June 7, a Russian guided aerial bomb strike on Balabyne village in Zaporizhzhia district killed two people and damaged civilian infrastructure. Separately, a Russian drone attack on June 6 injured three police officers in Kherson who were conducting evacuation measures. An agricultural enterprise in Chernihiv region was also hit by a Russian drone on June 7, resulting in a cargo truck fire.
