Ukrainian Special Operations Forces confirmed strikes on oil infrastructure in occupied Crimea. Russia reported a separate UAV attack damaged a train, leading to service halts and casualties. Meanwhile, Russian forces killed three in a guided bomb attack in Zaporizhzhia.

Ukrainian Special Operations Forces confirmed hitting the Semikolodezyansk oil depot in Yedy-Kuyu and an oil terminal in Feodosia in occupied Crimea on the night of June 7. These strikes, approximately 200 kilometers from the front line, were also reported by local social media and Ukrainian channels, with NASA FIRMS satellite data indicating a significant fire. Separately, Russian transport company Grand Service Express halted passenger train services in Crimea on June 8, stating a UAV attack damaged a locomotive, killing an assistant driver and injuring the driver. On June 7, Russian forces used guided aerial bombs to strike Balabyne village in Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region, hitting near a public transport stop. The attack resulted in three fatalities and three injuries. Russian drone attacks on Mykilske and Stepne in the Kherson region injured two men.
