Recent court proceedings across Ukraine have seen various pre-trial measures imposed and cases advanced. In Odesa region, the mayor of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Vitaliy Hrazhdan, had his pre-trial detention extended by 60 days, remaining in custody until July 30, 2026, with a bail option of nearly 10 million UAH.
