Ukrainian law enforcement has recently uncovered several alleged schemes related to military service and conscription across different regions. In Vinnytsia region, two officials from the Haisyn district Territorial Recruitment Centre (TCC) are suspected of making unauthorized alterations to the "Oberih" register, changing conscript data without proper documentation. Separately, in Lviv, authorities revealed a scheme organized by a father and son, who allegedly facilitated the illegal departure of conscripted men from the country, offering various methods. Furthermore, in Odesa region, a 28-year-old serviceman was detained on suspicion of extorting $6,000 from a mobilized soldier's mother.
