Ukrainian attack in Crimea reportedly kills three, EU official comments on Russian 'panic'

Ukrainian forces reportedly conducted an attack in Russian-annexed Crimea, resulting in three fatalities and seven injuries. This follows other recent strikes, while the EU's foreign policy chief stated Russia is 'panicking' over drone attacks.

Ukrainian forces reportedly conducted an attack in Russian-annexed Crimea, resulting in three fatalities and seven injuries. Sergei Aksyonov, head of the Crimean authorities, stated the strike targeted non-residential structures in Simferopol. This incident follows a separate Ukrainian strike on a bus in the Russian-controlled Donetsk oblast earlier this week, which reportedly killed seven people. Meanwhile, Kaja Kallas, the EU's foreign policy chief, asserted that Russia is "panicking" in response to Ukrainian drone attacks. She suggested that Russia's losses in resources and personnel are leading to increased assaults on Ukrainian civilians. Kyiv also reportedly launched an attack on St. Petersburg on Tuesday night, ahead of an international economic forum.
