Ukraine has reportedly reclaimed approximately 400 square kilometers of territory following disruptions to Russian forces' Starlink satellite communication access, according to data from the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency. Concurrently, the U.S. State Department has approved a potential sale to Ukraine of equipment to sustain its Hawk missile systems, valued at over $108 million. Separately, reports indicate that the Trump administration did not provide its ambassador in Kyiv with reasons for halting military aid to Ukraine. Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces have conducted 158 strikes on Russian oil refineries since the full-scale invasion began, targeting at least 24 major facilities, with only two large refineries east of the Urals remaining untouched.
