Two distinct aircraft incidents have resulted in multiple fatalities in France and Saudi Arabia. In Tomblaine, north-eastern France, eleven individuals died when a civilian aircraft associated with a parachutist school crashed after departing from Nancy-Essey airfield. The victims included the pilot, five students, and five instructors. Separately, in Saudi Arabia, a helicopter belonging to state oil giant Aramco crashed in the eastern coastal city of Ras Tanura. All fourteen people on board, identified as Saudi citizens, were killed in the incident, which occurred at 06:00 local time.
