Meanwhile, Ukraine plans to seek an additional $20 billion in military assistance from NATO partners at the upcoming Ukraine Defense Contact Group meeting on June 18, aiming to sustain its battlefield advantage. Separately, the United States has emerged as the world's leading oil exporter, surpassing both Saudi Arabia and Russia.
