OpenAI has confidentially submitted an initial public offering (IPO) application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, with its market valuation reportedly reaching $852 billion. Concurrently, the Pentagon has identified several major Chinese companies, including Alibaba, Baidu, BYD, and Unitree, as providing support to the Chinese military. In Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada approved a bill to tax digital platforms, securing 241 votes, a move that fulfills a crucial structural benchmark for its International Monetary Fund program. Additionally, Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi endorsed a strategic development concept for the nation's missile forces and artillery until 2030, aiming for capabilities to strike targets up to 2000 km. The country's Energy Support Fund also finalized contracts exceeding €25.7 million in May for essential energy equipment. Sources: Forbes Ukraine
