In Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada passed legislation to tax digital platforms with 241 votes, meeting a key structural requirement for its International Monetary Fund program. Furthermore, Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi approved a strategic plan for missile forces and artillery development through 2030, targeting capabilities to strike up to 2000 km.
