OpenAI has confidentially submitted an initial public offering (IPO) application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, with its market valuation estimated at $852 billion. Concurrently, the Pentagon has designated several prominent Chinese companies, including Alibaba, Baidu, BYD, and Unitree, as entities providing support to the Chinese military. In Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada passed legislation to tax digital platforms with 241 votes, fulfilling a key structural benchmark for its collaboration with the International Monetary Fund. Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi endorsed a strategic development concept for the country's missile forces and artillery through 2030, which includes capabilities to strike targets up to 2000 km. Additionally, Ukraine's consumer price growth decelerated to 0.9% in May, marking the first slowdown in four months.
