The exhibition is located at the base of the Mother Ukraine Monument (formerly Motherland Monument). Organized collaboratively by the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War and the US Embassy in Ukraine, the display aims to highlight shared values of freedom. Organizers described the event as an "alliance of two symbols," connecting the Ukrainian monument, representing strength and sovereignty, with the American icon.
