Ukrainian forces are engaged in urban combat in Kostiantynivka against infiltrating enemy personnel, with assault units participating in clearing efforts. A battalion commander described the city as "semi-encircled" due to Russian advances near Chasiv Yar and Berestky. The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) suggests Russia's primary Donbas offensive focus has shifted to Kostiantynivka from Sloviansk. Separately, the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) experienced its 19th loss of external power on June 10, around 9 PM, following an attack on an electrical substation. Energoatom confirmed the disconnection of the "ZaTES – Ferrosplavna №1" power line, leading the plant to rely on backup diesel generators, a situation also reported by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Additionally, Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi reported that Ukrainian drone units engaged nearly 180,000 Russian targets in May, asserting a 1.5 to 1 advantage in FPV drones.
