Concurrently, Oleh Semkiv, head of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, was released from a pre-trial detention center. Semkiv posted bail amounting to 5.2 million hryvnias. He, along with two other officials, Ihor Musilovskyi and Hryhoriy Kachan, is suspected of corruption related to the construction sector.
