Recent events in Ukraine's Kharkiv region include a humanitarian response to a February tragedy and two separate fire incidents in early June. Olha Kryvohub and her daughter Kateryna, who lost their husband and three children in a Russian strike on Bohodukhiv on February 10, have been provided with a new home in Nova Vodolaha. Separately, on June 3, a family with a small child jumped from a burning multi-story building in Slobozhanske, Chuhuiv district, where passers-by successfully caught the child. On the same day, residents in Kharkiv's Kyiv district rescued an elderly woman from a six-story building fire before emergency services arrived. Sources: Суспільне Новини.
