First convictions in France's 'Dubai papers' tax fraud investigation

The French National Financial Prosecutor's Office (PNF) has secured its initial convictions in the extensive "Dubai Papers" tax fraud investigation. Two individuals, described as working within the Hélin International organization, were found guilty for their roles in the scheme.
