The European Commission is preparing a new system to grant candidate countries some benefits of EU membership before full accession. This initiative comes as Ukraine's integration process reportedly faces impediments from Hungary regarding the opening of new negotiation clusters. In energy markets, China's crude oil imports are projected to reach a ten-year low in June, signaling weak demand. Concurrently, Saudi Aramco has resumed crude oil loadings in the Persian Gulf following a four-month halt. Separately, Vodafone Ukraine secured €30 million in export credit financing to modernize its telecommunications infrastructure through a collaboration with Nokia, ING, and Finnvera.
